Learn how to make some delicious dim sum items at a 2 hour demonstration and workshop given by Maureen Suan Neo.

Learn to make a spice paste from scratch and get familiar with all the exotic herbs and aromatics fromSoutheast Asia

  • Tom Yum Kai – Hot and sour chicken soup with lime leaves and lemongrass
  • Green Chicken Curry
  • Moo Krapow – stir-fried chopped pork with krapow basil and chilli
  • Pad Thai – Rice noodles stir-fried with prawns and pickled radish in tamarind sauce

  • Ayam Sambal – chicken cooked in spicy lemongrass sauce with coconut cream
  • Prawn Laksa –prawn and vermicelli noodles in coconut and lemongrass broth
  • Pulot Inti – steamed sticky rice and coconut with palm sugar wrapped in banana leaves
  • Gado Gado – Medley of blanched vegetables with spicy peanut sauce

I will be happy to run a cookery event for a minimum of 6 people either at your home or mine.
Classes cost £55 to £95 depending on size, dishes and location. Corporate events can be
accommodated in a commercial kitchen in Park Royal.
